How To apply a Snow Overlay in Adobe Photoshop

Tis' the season... at least here, in WI, it is!  We are experiencing our first "winter storm warning" over this Thanksgiving 2019 holiday season and it has inspired me to create a tutorial showing all my lovely creative viewers how easy it is to apply a snow overlay to any photo in Photoshop!
